Great shoe rack for the space
Love this shoe rack...it looks much better than others that are only metal. It expanded to fit my space perfectly. I love how organized my closet looks now.

Was not drilled properly. I had quite a bit of work to do to fix it.

I returned it
The product is cheaply made. One of the telescoping poles has a black plastic piece that was supposed to be inside it to screw into the legs. It's broke so if you attempt to extend it, it falls apart.

it's cheap & cheaply built
I tried to put my shoes on it and it fell apart. I can only fit 4 pr per row. I expected it to be bigger.
