Our new favorite cooking vessel

Lovely red dutch oven
Purchased this item with the intention to bake bread in the oven and still have not done so. I have been using it stove top for chili and soups. The pot warms up quickly and seems to cook evenly. It has a no stick interior surface that prevents food sticking and cleans up easily. So far I am very satisfied.

Low cost, low quality
It works well, but after one wash - hand wash, in the sink, the enamel is already coming off the handle. the cost was great, so I am trying not to be too frustrated. You pay for what you get these days!
