Not just for laundry
I purchased this item to use in the family room to hold toss pillows from our couch. It looks nicer than having the pillows thrown on the floor. I removed the liner from the basket (I plan to use it for dirty clothes when traveling.) I have a matching smaller size to hold dog toys. Looks neat and organized with a place for everything.

It does the job
I love the hamper but I hate the fact the liner falls down when I put laundry in the hamper. I wouldn't buy this again as is. If the manufacturer put more ties around the top edge it would be great.

The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the fabric liner is mostly decorative, not for actual use. One of the ties ripped the first time I attempted to lift the bag with clothes inside. Thankfully, it ripped along the seam so I was able to stitch it back easily. And from now on, I take the clothes out of the hamper instead of trying to use the bag to carry them to the laundry room.
