So soft! I love the color with the blue undertone in the Grey. Good piling and thickness. You absolutely need to get a nonslip mat for underneath. But otherwise, so far so good!

Matted and chemical smell
I'm assuming there was excessive use of chemical in transporting rug, even with the plastic. Unrolled and looked nothing like in store (matted) and it had a pungent chemical smell. Thought it would improve with time. Moved to a guest room to air out. Didn't improve so we returned it. The room had a lingering smell for hours even after it was gone. Would do less than one star if possible.

1) The quality of the larger sized rug decreased significantly from the smaller ones. The smaller rugs were thick with closely woven threads. This one was thin and would definitely need a rug pad.
2) It's supposed to be 8x10 and it was 9x11 so it didn't fit the room.
