It doesn't work. I have turned it every which way to catch the wind. The big disc turns but the small desk does not.

Cute but poor quality
I was so disappointed after the first windy day the spinners flew right off the shaft. I have not tried to fix it. Don't waste your money on this, it is too expensive for the quality.
