Warped Plastic
The plastic (where glass normally is) was warped when I unwrapped the exterior packaging. Very disappointed in the quality!

Really Poor Quality of frame
I wish i had returned this as soon as I bought it, when i opened the back the clips were a bit mangled already and as soon as I opened it to add my photo they became terrible.
While the frame looks nice it is CHEAP.

Disappointed but expected
I know to be low cost there has to be a reason, and apparently the reason was plexiglass was used rather than real glass. For those who don't realize what the effect this would have on your picture, well it looks wavy with distinctly odd glares. Also, it might have been the second most difficult frame I've ever used to re-secure the backing. BUT the frame itself is quite a beautiful design. It actually looks more impressive in person than in the picture; the real colors and sheen is much more pleasing.
