Mop head broke
The plastic C-clamp broke and the mop head fell off before first use. I was able to secure it with a screw and now it works well. The mop fabric is absorbent and picks up the dirt too.

I thought this would be a winner...sadly, no. You can't wring it out enough so my wood floors get too wet when using this mop.
