Bad craftsmanship
So unfortunate the 4 frames I bought the tabs that screw I into he back of the frame to keep the glass in place are screwed too close to the edge to allow the glass from coming easy. I had to bend them and unscrew them to take the glass part out.

Watch for flaws
I really like this picture frame. I had to exchange it because I got one with a good chunk taken out of the corner. It was really frustrating to pick out a few one since they all had some kind of flaw on the frame. You would think they'd be packaged and handled a lot better...
