Vase was broken in the trunk of my vehicle
The vase was beautiful and reasonably priced. However, it was not properly wrapped and in the process of driving home it broke. I went back to the store to see if it was possible to exchange and was rudely told by the manager on duty, ' the item wasn't broke when you walked out the door with it." The cashier was rude as well. I have no probles with the products. In fact I love to shop at home. I just have issues with some of the staff's rudeness.
