Dipped the end in the water, pulled the lever to squeeze the excess and a plastic piece off rolling mechanism broke and went flying off. I returned the next day.

Sponge is horrible
I've purchase a lot of mops in my lifetime. The sponge on this mop is horrible. First time I used it skipped all over my hardwood floors. The second time was better but the sponge is so firm, it will take forever before it's usable and it won't leave streaks on your floor. I thought Mr Clean round be a good brand, the quality of the mop is good. The sponge horrible
