You think these are heavy enough, but the screw doesn't hold in the cement and when you put the umbrella in it goes sideways it's crooked

Round base broken
I purchased the base and thought the it was a concrete base inside a container made of plastic or metal which would protect the cement. I was wrong, it was a concrete base which was chipped. I returned it with no problem but wouldn't recommend it.
