Received my shipment with quite a few items ordered for the holidays as stocking stuffers. Love the product, however, the shipping wasn't so great. One the large bottles (air freshener) had entirely leaked and saturated the box. I did not lose any items thankfully but paid for an empty bottle. Send an email regarding the situation and never heard back. Will not order again on-line.

It does the job as far as the smell masking is concerned. However, the mist is too heavy to spread on air resulting in excessive amount falling to the tile floor or wall in the bathroom creating an oily and slippery coat which is slippery and hard to clean. We're using it to refresh odors in the garbage cans and directly into the toilet but not as an aif freshner.
