Once your order is ready
for pickup, you'll receive
a "Ready for Pickup" email.

Once you've received notification,
your order will be ready for you at
the counter at the front of the store.
Can't pick it up that day? No worries, we'll hold your order at the front of the store for 4 days.

DELIVERY PRICING

Deliveries are $39 or less per delivery when the delivery address is within 40 miles of the store. Select items can be delivered to your home starting at just $10 per delivery.

SAME OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed by 1pm can be eligible for Same Day Delivery. Big & Heavy items will require a delivery window chosen during checkout or by an associate in-store.

CONTACTLESS, FRONT DOOR DELIVERY

Our delivery partner typically delivers to ground level, which may include the front door or garage. Please prepare to coordinate drop-off with the delivery driver when items can't be delivered to a second floor or above.


AT HOME CURRENTLY PARTNERS WITH MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICES, AND TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL.

Standard Shipping allows you to shop online and have items shipped to your home if you don't live near one of our stores, or if one or more of your items isn't available nearby.

We don't currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, Canada or any other international addresses. Orders arrive in 3-5 days. Items may ship in multiple boxes on different days due to varied fulfillment locations. Check your shipment confirmation email for tracking and delivery details.

Yes, you can designate another person to retrieve your order. You'll need to add them as an alternate pickup person by providing their first and last name. Pickup alternates will need to provide a photo ID (state driver's license, military or state ID) and the order number or confirmation email.

You have four days to pick up your order, starting on the day your order becomes available for pick up. At Home will attempt to communicate with you to ensure you're aware your order is ready before any cancellation occurs. You can also assign someone other than yourself to collect your order by visiting the Order Lookup page.

If you're not completely satisfied with your At Home purchase, you may simply return the merchandise to any At Home store in the US. Please refer to At Home return policy for more information.

Same-day delivery is valid on select orders placed by 3PM local time. Your order will be delivered by Roadie, Uber, Dolly by Taskrabbit or Walmart GoLocal. All orders are subject to driver availability. Your order can be delivered via truck, van or car, depending on the items you order and delivery vendor. Orders aren't eligible for assembly services.

If an item isn't located in time for same day delivery, your delivery may be delayed until the next day. The tracking link included in your delivery email is the best source for real-time delivery tracking.
