This product is inconsistent in performance.
We have purchased these logs for a number of years and in the past 2 years especially we have noticed they don't light and burn consistently even though they are positioned and lit according to instructions. It's frustrating to have to use a poker to open up portions of log to get it going. About every 4-5 logs ends up like this.
This needs to be addressed if we continue with DuraFlame.
