More difficult than it needs to be
We bought 4 of these and we like the way they look once we finally got the pictures in. There are two assembly issues. First you need a screw driver to get the back off. The tabs that hold the back on are screwed in way tighter than they need to be and most can't be rotated without unscrewing them a little . Second, half the pictures have a cool frame structure that holds the picture in place. The other half are held in by styrofoam which moves so easily that it takes a lot of effort to make sure the pictures don't move when you put the back of the frame back on.

Exactly what I needed and easy to install
I purchased two of these frames for a special spot in our fifth wheel. I was able to relocate the "this is us" lettering and combined them by flipping one frame to interlock with the other. Perfect!

Not the best not the worst
The glass in one of the frames was broken when we received, terribly disappointing and we lived too far from the store to go back plus we had opened it, so one of my pics has no glass. For the price it's not the best but not the worst either. I don't think I'll be shopping at this store again due to the fact they gave me a broken item in curbside pickup, they also took forever. Lesson learned no matter how inconvenient it is always check the item to avoid getting cheated.

Best one I've found
I've purchased several of these through various sites and stores and generally end up returning because of the poor quality. This is by far the best collage frame I've found/purchased. Only had a minor issue with one of the rotating toggles on the back but otherwise putting together was smooth and easy and looks great up on our house. Will probably buy another one!
