I love using this mandolin for all kinds of slicing. It is compact and very effective, be sure to use the finger guard, because the blade is very sharp!

Use is ungainly. Too hard to change thickness of slices which makes it too dangerous to use allowing for finger cuts while trying to move to closed position, too expensive for the product.
