Buy Online and Pick Up In Store allows you to shop online and pick up your order from your local store for free. Pick up in 2 hours or less, order by 5 PM.
The Same Day or Next Day Delivery feature allows you to shop online and have your items delivered quickly and conveniently by our delivery partners.
Simply locate and select your store, choose either “Same Day Delivery” (for small and medium items) or “Next Day Delivery” (for large or heavy items), add items to your cart, and complete checkout!
TYou’ll receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase, followed by updates once your order is ready for delivery and again once your order has been delivered.
For most orders, if you opted to receive text messages during checkout, one of our delivery partners will send you a message with a tracking link and additional delivery details.
Big & Heavy items will require you to select a delivery window during checkout.
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
- Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
- We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
- We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
- We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
- We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
- Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items.

Yes. This At Home location accepts valid At Home gift cards and eligible At Home Insider Perks/Design Rewards certificates for in-store purchases. Coupons are subject to the terms and expiration date listed on the offer.
