Use or purchase of any At Home gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. At Home gift cards are not redeemable for other gift cards, and they are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Gift cards cannot be applied to previous purchases or used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased online using the At Home Mastercard as payment, however, the At Home private label credit card can only be used to purchase gift cards in store. The At Home Mastercard will accumulate one point per dollar based on purchases of gift cards through www.athome.com.

At Home reserves the right to void gift cards that we suspect have been obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. At Home can only guarantee the authenticity of At Home gift cards if they are acquired directly through www.athome.com, at an At Home store, or through one of our authorized retail partners. Gift cards purchased through online auction, classified ad sites, or other discounted third party resellers may be counterfeit with a zero dollar balance or may have been originally purchased with a stolen credit card, and can be canceled at any time.

Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. At Home is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

All returns for purchases made using a gift card will result in credit to a gift card or issuance of a new gift card in the amount of the return.

At Home strictly prohibits the resale of its gift cards. Gift cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising, or other promotional activities unless you obtain At Home’s prior approval. Use of At Home’s name, logo, trade dress (including any image or likeness of the gift cards), or trademarks in connection with the purchase or use of gift cards is prohibited.Use of gift cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product, or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with At Home is prohibited.

At Home gift cards are issued by At Home Gift Card LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, that is the sole obligor to the gift card owner. At Home reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
